INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING YOUR ORDER AND OUR RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your Atelier Bloem piece. Our shipping and returns policies are designed to ensure your experience is as joyful and seamless as possible, from the moment you place your order to the years you enjoy your arrangement.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Processing Time: All orders are hand-finished to order and typically dispatch within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, special events), processing may take up to 7 business days.
Delivery Time: Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order dispatches. Track your package anytime through the link provided.
Shipping Regions: We currently ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping is coming soon.
Packaging: Each bouquet is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use recycled materials wherever possible and design our packaging to be reusable or easily recyclable.
RETURNS POLICY
14-Day Return Window: We want you to love your arrangement. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked.
Return Conditions: The arrangement must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. All stems, components, and original packaging materials must be included.
How to Return: Contact us at hello@atelierbloem.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Package your arrangement securely in the original box. Attach the label and drop off at any carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a full refund.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your arrangement arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@atelierbloem.com with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
